Summer and back..

Summer vacations are over.. After almost a decade, a very fulfilling and satiating North India trip was the highlight. The visit to Ram Lalla's Ayodhya was truly transformational. Many unplanned incidents and some planned ones made this summer spectacularly memorable.

Now, back to professional life... and more..

It's a break..Grab your snacks..

A ceasefire that was not meant to be... The US President's hunt for a Nobel Peace Prize continues. The overzealous Trump publicized what was essentially a break in hostilities as CEASEFIRE. The news was confirmed by Pakistan and soon India came out with a statement.

By this time, I too had shared the 'ceasefire' news in my social media accounts. But, even this did not last long. After a 'ceasefire' of 2 or 3 hours, Pakistan again started attacks against India.

Why is Pakistan insulting the US President? Well, it is not a surprise. The Pahalgam terror attack happened while the US Vice President was in India. At the same time, the Indian Prime Minister was in Saudi Arabia on a state visit.

India continues to maintain that the other measures taken against the terror state of Pakistan, including the freezing of Indus Water Treaty, will continue to be in effect.

Understandably, millions of Indians are unhappy about the 'ceasefire' !! Does this mean that the most harmonious race in the Universe, the Hindus want violence? Absolutely not. We live in the era of social media/ drone cameras/ AI. Thing cannot and will not be forgotten. Yes, India, the nation, is still angry. We trusted Modi JI and the Indian Forces in war, we have to trust them in this break as well.

“The Director General of Military Operations of Pakistan called the Director General of Military Operations of India at 1535 hours (IST) earlier today. It was agreed between them that both sides would stop all firing and military action on land and i...

Behold the chaos..

Asim Munir, Chief of Army Staff, Pakistan is missing.. some say he has been replaced and is in custody. Seems the Pak army has arrested its own Chief. Pakistani Media has published reports about money transaction from his account to his daughter's account in London amounting to over 2000 Corer Pakistan Rupees.

Shahbaz Sherif, the Prime Mineter, Pakistan is reportedly in a bunker after Operation Sindoor struck deep into Islamabad, barely 20km away from the PM's residence.

And the Bhikaristan's loan of 1.3 Billion US Dollars is being reviewed today by the IMF. It will be interesting to see whether the IMF decides to fund the rogue nation which sponsors terrorism. As for the proof, the funeral videos in which Pakistan Army is seen alongside UN designated terrorists paying respects to coffins carrying slain terrorists draped in Pakistani flag may just pass the test of the blind and deaf world bodies like IMF.

China has egg on its face. Its Made in China air defense system, HQ-9 and HQ- 16,  which cost millions of dollars which the Bhikaristan diverted from funds provided by other countries/ bodies like IMF, has failed miserably. The Chinese JF 17 was shot down by the Indian armed forces. The icing on the cake is the 'Fully intact Chinese PL-15 long-range air-to-air missile'recovered in Hohiarpur Punjab. The DRDO will be itching to have its hands on this loaded missile.

In the midst of all this, another country is being born - Baluchistan is becoming a reality. But wait, according to our diagnostics, Pakistan will be giving birth to twins or triplets. Badhayee Ho!!!

As the drones fly..

Pakistan is under attack from multiple sources. India has maintained that Operation Sindoor has achieved its target and we will not escalate the situation at this moment. But Pakistan has violated ceasefire along the border especially in Poonch where 15 civilian casualties have been reported so far. Indian army says that they are responding to the situation in befitting manner. Ceasefire violations will continue until the perpetrators of Pahalgam terror attack return to Pakistan safely/ are trapped by Indian forces/ attain Jannat.

India has successfully repelled Pakistan Air Force planes which targeted Punjab. This prompted strong reaction from India and Indian Defense Ministry has announced that we have neutralized Lahore's air defense (made in China). Lahore is under siege with multiple drone attacks. A drone attack has struck Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium which is supposed to host a PSL match this evening.

On the other hand, Blaochistan Liberation Army eliminated 14 Pakistan army personnel in a deadly IED attack. I believe that Pakistan barely knows where the blows are raining from.

As usual, Kerala connection has emerged in Pahalgam terror attack. Since many decades, Kerala has been playing a pivotal role in terror attacks funded and organised by Political Islam across the world. We will hear more about it in coming days.

Meanwhile Indian Navy is poised to play an active role in the coming days. Yes, Sindoor is deep red in colour..

KHOON BHARI MAANG

OPERATION SINDOOR

This is neither the beginning nor the end of the war.Operation Sindoor is one among many battles that we have undertaken. India targeted 9 terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. By avoiding Pakistani military targets and civilians, India has dared the Terror Nation and its supporters.

THE DOOMED

In case you didn't know, Pakistan is doomed.

A country based on the premise that Muslims and Hindus have different cultural identity which can not coexist with each other is certain to be doomed. It is a universal truth that hatred cannot nurture anything other that destruction. Just a few months after its formation, Pakistan chose its destiny not just by attacking the then independent Jammu and Kashmir, but also by annexing Baluchistan which was supposed to be a free nation.

Pakistan's long history of engaging terrorism as state policy is well documented. Given below is the famous statement made by the then US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton during her visit to Pakistan in 2011.

Today Pakistan is facing all kinds of internal and external troubles. Its GDP is nosediving with suspension of Indus Water Treaty threatening a famine in the country. Price of essential commodities is too high even for the richest Pakistanis. Its airspace is being avoided by European countries as well, leading to huge loss to the exchequer. Common Pakistani is amassing essential items, whichever is available in anticipation of the inevitable . Its Army Chief has sent his family abroad and the PM is reportedly hospitalized. Its Naval Chief reportedly questioned the timing of Pahalgam misadventure as 6 of its 8 submarines are under repair. Some of its cities are under siege from Bluchistan Liberation Army. The threat of unidentified snipers loom large, forcing the government to shift most wanted terrorists to new shelters. Pakistan as a nation is imploding.

As far as India is concerned, the 21st April Pahalgam terror attack is a stark reminder that an irrelevant Pakistan doesn't mean an inconsequential Pakistan.

Yes, India should and will certainly make Pakistan shed tears of blood. Once the dust settles and blood flows through Indus river ends up in the Arabian Sea (pun intended), what next?

Resurgent India vs Irrelevant Pakistan

India has touched new heights in more ways than one, especially since we elected Modiji as our Prime Minister. Once counted among the FRAGILE FIVE, India is today poised to become the WORLD'S THIRD LARGEST ECONOMY. India has transformed from being a pushover to taking the center stage in Geo-politics. Not long ago, we were one of the biggest importers of weapons, is now exporting cutting edge military equipment to many countries.

Most importantly, we have broken free from the Nehruvian foreign policy, or lack of any futuristic policy, to an innovative India first policy which has many 'mesmerizing' aspects. Yes,New India's foreign policy is mesmerizing, thanks to the Minister of External Affairs , Hon.S.Jaishankar - the Rock Star. Yes, we are influencing the global audiences from G - 'n's (n is any number like G-7, G-20 etc) to the Global South to the Indo - Pacific.

As for Pakistan, has it become irrelevant?

I certainly think so. Irrelevant here means languishing at the bottom of priority list. If I were to give some grace marks to my prodigal siblings who partitioned my ancestral property, it is at best the elephant in the room for the rest of the world. Perhaps the only exceptions are China the Shylock, Turkey the wannabe Khalifa (by the way there are many more wannabes) and Algeria to some extent.

Pre-2014, it was customary for any foreign ruler who visited India to visit Pakistan as well. Almost all Joint Statements used to have references to the 'K' issue or 'strongly condemn' the most recent terror attack which was staged in India by 'non-state actors.' So much so that 'कड़ी निंदा' was the necessary and sufficient response from the Indian administrators as well.

Come Modi, and by inviting SAARC leaders for his 2014 oath taking, he started his innings with a sixer.

Fast forward to 2025, and Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto - the India's Republic Day Chief Guest cancelled his visit to Pakistan.

Indonesian President cancels Pakistan visit

So how and why has Pakistan become irrelevant for the global powers?

As I see it, the starting point was the firm and deliberate de-linking of India's foreign policy from the suicidal obsession with Pakistan. Modi Ji's prudently milked India's soft power at every possible opportunity. India's Covid vaccine diplomacy has positioned India as a responsible global power. Today India is truly 'विश्व मित्र' universal friend and  'विश्व का अटूट साथी' world's reliable partner, as the Prime Minister has said on various stages.

We see global leaders making a beeline to India. The countries which are engaged in war agree on one point that India is a trustworthy friend. While an assertive India has learned base its decisions on its own national interest, the nation of 145 core + has also realized the role it has to play on the global stage. The citizens have got engaged in scripting the story of 'विकसित भारत', developed India.

With the change in its thinking, India realized that we have much to achieve and contribute to the world. Today, the global powers and power blocks have a stake in India's growth. It is inevitable that Pakistan's only calling card, that of being a counter balance to India's growth, is no longer relevant. It is an existential crisis for a country which doesn't have any major achievements or any worthy contributions to offer to the world order.

Will the Mallu board the ship?

Another historical achievement for India. VIZHINJAM INTERNATIONAL SEA PORT has been inaugurated by the Hon. Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi Ji. A port envisaged by Sir. C.P. Ramaswamy Iyer in the 1940s and located just 19 nautical miles away from the international cargo route, this mother port will save humongous amount of money, time and effort, not only for the Indian freight carriers but for the international seafarers as well.

This project has taken far too long to be fulfilled, thanks to the Kerala politicians who are terribly outdated. Politicians of 'literate' Kerala are notorious for being outdated with zero vision about future. One anecdote is about Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Prime Minister laughing out loud when he read a petition from Kerala MPs.

MANMOHAN SINGH'S RARE BURST OF LAUGHTER

Curiously, this port has been built with 60% funding by Government of Kerala. However, the real challenge is to operate it successfully in a state which has often proved to be Waterloo for industrialists. This project is certainly vital for our nation's economic and strategic interests. Today, the Prime Minister was greeted by one of the world's largest and most sustainable vessels, MSC Celestino Maresca. To give the reader a perspective, this ship has a length of 399.99 m, more than the height of the Eiffel Tower. Earlier this month, MSC Turkiye (400m long) which is the world's largest eco-friendly container ship had docked at this port.

'Optimal use' of Vizhinjam port can save more than 200 million $ annually for India's shipping industry. Remember that India's first container hub terminal located in my home town of Kochi at Vallarpadam, has become a loss making venture for the Cochin Port. As Modiji hinted in his inaugural address today, the state government has to treat the Adani group as partners. Investment by the state government is no guarantee that the politicians will allow the port to function in the way it is supposed to.

The failure of India's first Technology park located at Thiruvananthapuram, the fiasco of Kochi Smart City, the struggling Kochi Metro are just a few instances that highlight Kerala's absolute failure in leveraging its unique possibilities.

Yea, we Mallus have missed quite a few buses, hope we will board Vizhinjam before the ship casts off.
